Kentucky is a beautiful state where peace and tranquility can be found from border to border. This however does not mean that we don't experience our share of strange happenings. The incident was blamed on a super glue prank.

Harlan officials in February placed the following statement on social media after a winter storm left over 1" of snow, which blamed the prime character in ‘Frozen" for the disaster. "Wanted: Suspect is a blonde female, last seen wearing a long blue dress, and is known to burst into song, ‘Let it Go’!" "As you can see by the weather, she is very dangerous". Needless to say, every child fan of ‘Frozen’ was in tears. The statement, though in good humor, was later retracted to calm the children.
6. The Birds

Thousands of Blackbirds decided to call the small town home causing excessive poo issues to the point people carried umbrellas for protection.
