1. Did you know there's a Subaru production plant in Lafayette that produces less waste in an entire year than a family of four produces in a week?
2. Did you know Santa Claus, Indiana receives more than half a million “Dear Santa” letters every year around Christmas time?
3. Did you know Indiana produces 20%of the popcorn supply in the entire United States?
4. Did you know it's illegal to catch fish with firearms, dynamite, crossbows, or your bare hands in Indiana?
5. Did you know five men from Indiana have been elected vice president over the years?
Schuyler Colfax, Thomas A. Hendricks, Charles W. Fairbanks, Thomas Marshall, and Dan Quayle.
6. Did you know the first successful goldfish farm was opened in Martinsville in 1899?
7. Did you know charging people to see wire dancing, puppet shows, and tumbling acts is a finable offense?
