We are so lucky to be able to dine al fresco all year long in SoCal. Whether it's June or December, there are no restrictions in SoCal to enjoying the fresh air at the many outdoor patios that grace SoCal all year long.
3. The scenery in SoCal simply can't be beat.
Heading to the beach or the mountains or the desert with just a short drive is one of the many benefits of living in this corner of the country.
4. Nothing compares to the restaurant scene in Southern California.
SoCal is home to some of the top-rated restaurants in the country. The hardest part is deciding where to spend your dining out dollars.
5. A stroll on the beach at sunset sounds like pure magic.

9. There's nothing like a hike in SoCal.
When you think back on your favorite times in SoCal, it's often the hikes out in nature that we remember the most. The beautiful SoCal air, the winding trails to unexpected places, and the many extraordinary views are the moments we always miss the most.
10. Wouldn't it be nice to have one more winter weekend at Big Bear Lake or Lake Arrowhead or Idyllwild...?
Most people don't think of small mountain towns when they think of Southern California, but for anyone who has ever lived here they know that part of SoCal's charm can be found in the peaceful mountain towns.
