The award-winning pastry chef has earned the title of Top Chef (Top Chef: Just Desserts, Season 2) and has claimed a spot on the list of America's Top 10 Pastry Chefs.

Today, the ice cream shop boasts a rotating, seasonal menu of around 75 flavors, with 18 flavors usually available on a daily basis.

All ice cream is made in small batches and flavors may include such favorites as mango, strawberry lemonade, and classic cookies and cream.

If you prefer a gluten-free or a vegan treat, order a scoop or more of sorbet. Sorbet flavors may include vanilla with Butterfinger pieces.
