If you like to scout out super unusual locations for kicks, then you HAVE to set your GPS for 250 Mill Street in Taylors, SC. Due South Coffee Roasters is on to something here. They've staked a claim to an abandoned mill and turned it into a hipster coffee shop like no other. On one end there's a digital piano and on the other a tasting bar - a COFFEE tasting bar.
2. New Moon Cafe - Aiken, SC

New Moon Cafe in downtown Aiken, SC is raved about in online reviews. One TripAdvisor.com user calls it a "hippie little place." Locals in Summerville flock to the trendy and chic "Single Smile Cafe." We're not sure of the name's origin, but we're sure coffee lovers get more than a single smile while they're there. Customers go for the espresso, coffee, specialty teas, light fare, fresh pastries and desserts.

9. The Corner Perk - Bluffton, SC

Corner Perk is a locally owned Brunch Cafe and coffeehouse that converts to an after dinner dessert bar at night. But the best part is the fresh roasted coffee.
