Sunny days are even more fun when we spend them strolling down Sesame Street, meeting our favorite childhood characters - from the lovable Big Bird to the always grumpy Oscar the Grouch. When we're not hanging out with our favorite friends, we can hit climb aboard one of the many rides, hit the waterpark, or enjoy a delicious treat at Sesame Place in Pennsylvania.
You won't find a happier place in Pennsylvania, especially during the summertime, than Sesame Place in Langhorne, a family-oriented theme and water park.
Even if it's been years since you've counted along with the Count or accompanied Elmo in song, you'll still feel that childhood magic as you pass Hooper's Store and come face-to-face with all of Sesame Street's beloved residents.
Join the kiddos on one of the rides - Elmo's Blast Off, the Flying Cookie Jars, or the Sunny Day Carousel. Or, climb aboard Oscar's Wacky Tacky Roller Coaster.
The kids will have a blast, and expend a ton of energy, at the playground Monster Clubhouse.
Stop by the waterpark, too, where you can soak up the sun as you meander down Big Bird's Rambling River.
Zip down Abby's Fairy Falls, slide down Slimey's Chutes, and catch a wave at the Teeny Tiny Tidal Wave.
You'll have a ton of opportunities to interact with Sesame Street's beloved family, too - from waving to them as they stroll by during the Neighborhood Street Party Parade to watching the gang learn all about friendship in a show.
Sesame Place also hosts a variety of special events, including Dine with Elmo & Friends and Christmas in July Dine. The park's also home to a variety of restaurants and food trucks - like Snuffy's Street Treats.
While the regular season ends in September, make plans to return for Sesame Place's epic The Count's Halloween Spooktacular.
Plan your visit with a stop on the official website of Sesame Place. Or, go here for Facebook.
