There's a quiet and shaded campground in the park. It has 82 full-hookup sites, 47 electrical sites with water, five rustic log cabins, and five deluxe log cabins. There are even hot showers and flush toilets in the campground.
You can also enjoy 14 miles of trails in this park. The McGregor Memorial Viewpoint is a scenic spot to enjoy and is a wonderful place to start a park hike.
Of course, it's also fun to get out onto the river. Kayaking and canoeing are popular here.
