Oregon is home to many delicious Italian restaurants. But the one you should eat at next, you've likely never heard of: Portland's Cibo! It's so good that you'll be transported to Italy and almost feel like you're on vacation!
This place has everything you want on the menu from tasty pizzas to delicious meat, seafood, and pasta dishes. They cover all the basics but also let creativity and seasonal flavors shine. Cocktails, wine, salads, appetizers, and desserts are also top-notch, as is this restaurant's prime location on a hopping stretch of SE Division.
Stop in for a delicious bite at this longstanding neighborhood Italian restaurant.
Ample seating is available in the lovely dining room that easily accommodates groups large and small.
Pizzas are cooked in minutes in Cibo's wood-fired oven.
My favorite salad offering is the burrata with fresh cherry tomatoes.
This spot serves an excellent Caesar salad. Top it with grilled chicken to make it a meal.
Cibo's wood-fired pizzas are charred to perfection and are absolutely delicious.
Share a pizza or two as an appetizer with your group or get one as your main course.
Try one of their delicious pasta dishes. My favorite dish is their salmon penne pasta. Although, Cibo's take on the classic spaghetti and meatballs is a sure crowd pleaser.
Be sure to save room for Cibo's fabulous desserts, such as panna cotta, tiramisu, and olive oil cake.
Cibo is perfect for a girls' night out, a birthday celebration, a romantic dinner, a family feast, or just a weekday dinner out. Takeout is also a great option as the portions are big and there's something everyone will enjoy on this expansive menu.
Basically, you can't go wrong with this delicious spot. Check out their menu, make a reservation, and find other restaurant information on the Cibo website. Before or after your meal, be sure to stop by the nearby Sevigny Studio, a fantastic art gallery and gift shop down the street.
