Looking for a fabulous place to stay in Bend? I just stayed in the perfect spot. The Oxford Hotel Bend in Central Oregon is the ultimate combination of comfort, style, friendly service, and understated luxury. This is where locals have their guests stay.
The Oxford Hotel is located right downtown.
This hotel is the ideal launchpad for exploring Bend on foot.
The welcoming lobby is a feast for the eyes.
I loved all the chic decorations like sweet little plants, bird's nests, and gorgeous paintings of flora and fauna.
There are also several comfy seating areas available for relaxing, conversation, or enjoying a drink. There's also a berry water and coffee station.
The rooms are big, clean, and beautiful.
Seating areas double as an extra sleeping area (via pullout sofas) in some rooms.
This hotel also features excellent beds—mine was one of the best mattresses I've slept on in years.
If you're musically inclined, you can request a guitar to borrow during your stay. There are also bicycles available as well.
Room balconies offer stunning sunset views.
Another fun perk is the soap bar, offering your choice of multiple scents to try.
On the level below the lobby, you'll find a piano where jazz musicians sometimes play—as well as more cool artwork and fun seating areas.
There's also a superb workout area with machines that overlook the city.
To cap it all off, there's a hot tub and sauna, too.
You are also near many of the area's best restaurants but the delicious in-house eatery, Roam, is a great option for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.
The knowledgeable bartenders make a mean cocktail.
I enjoyed a scrumptious brunch at the hotel.
I can't wait for a return trip!
