Spring has sprung all over the Beaver State, and we love everything about it. Our favorite spring festival is coming up soon, and we're already getting our cameras ready to capture the 40 acres of vibrant, beautiful tulips at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. Check it out:
The fields at Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm are filling with brilliant blooms right now, and its annual festival will soon get underway.
This year's festival starts on March 20th and goes through May 3rd, 2020. It's open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Visitors will be able to walk right through these fields of pretty tulips. Bring your camera, because the photo opportunities are endless.
There's a photo contest during the festival, too! Categories include: Families, Pets, and Everything. Click here for details.
The 40-acre farm is just filled with vibrant color during the festival...
...and one of the best ways to see the farm is from high above! Several hot air balloonists are scheduled to participate in hot air balloon rides this year.

In addition to basking amongst the blooms, there's plenty to see and do during the festival!
Take a ride on the tulip train, enjoy a steam train demonstration, shop at the craft market, and see how wooden shoes are made.
The kids will love the cow train, bouncy houses, and play area.
Adults will want to check out the Wooden Shoe Vineyards tasting room, and can also schedule a tour on the Wine Wagon!
Food vendors will be on hand during weekends to feed you tasty food and treats.
