1. Cedar Point Amusement Park (Sandusky)
Also known as "The Roller Coaster Capital of the World," this truly amazing 365-acre amusement park is home to world famous coasters such as the "Top Thrill Dragster" and "Millennium Force." A trip to this world renowned attraction ia a bucket list item for every Ohioan.
2. Put-In-Bay (South Bass Island)
Ohio's very own island getaway is special. Tour everything from Perry’s Victory and International Peace Memorial to a quirky chocolate museum. (You can even spend this road trip virtually car free after you've arrived. Golf cart, moped and bicycle rentals are popular ways to get around the island.)
3. Columbus Zoo and Aquarium and Zoombezi Bay Water Park (Powell)
Don't visit the state capital without visiting the animals. USA Travel Guide deemed the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium the best zoo in the country in 2009. It is also the 8th largest zoo in the world. In the summer, get tickets to the water park and make a weekend out of it.
4. Hocking Hills (Logan)
