The week of October 19 will likely be the most colorful week in Ohio, with the northern half of the state experiencing peak and the southern half near peak.
Mark your calendars!
In the northern portion of Ohio, Mohican State Park (pictured), Ohio Amish Country and Cleveland Metroparks are particularly scenic this time of year.
It's the perfect time of year to stay at The Mohicans Tree Houses or take the Ashtabula County Covered Bridge Tour.
If you're in northeast Ohio around peak time however, the best place to see the most fall foliage is within Cuyahoga National Park.
And if you're lucky enough to get a ticket in time, we recommend taking the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad through the park. For boarding locations, scheduling and ticket information about this year's Fall Flyer train, click here.
For the southern half of Ohio, the peak will arrive during the week of October 26th, with the northern half of the state past peak.
Plan your adventures accordingly!
