The Dog Days of Summer don't mean you have to stay inside and out of the heat. Especially when North Carolina's premiere water park has just put tickets for the rest of the season on sale for $25.00! (Regularly $39.99) And what better way to beat the heat than at a water park?!
The best ticket for end of summer fun this year is at Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe in Greensboro.
The park has a variety of kid-friendly attractions, including rides, slides, waves, pools, splash pads and more.
But the one you'll love most is probably the easy-going lazy river.
The 1,000-foot lazy river is loads of slow-movin' fun for the whole family. Imagine the carefree float along this lazy river as you simultaneously soak up the sun and hydrate.
It's ideal for when you need to slow the kiddos down for a bit after the other more lively attractions.
And... it's also a fun escape for when someone else in your party has their eyes on the little ones so you can take a little time for yourself.
The spacious pool decks at Wet 'n Wild provide plenty of space to spread out for some summer sun.
However, Wet 'n Wild also allows you to reserve a cabana for up to 8 people.
Everyone is sure to work up an appetite with all this "relaxing." From hamburgers and hot dogs to boardwalk turkey legs and ice cream, great food and snacks are available from various locations in the park.
If you have a cabana, then you can place food and drink orders right from your cabana (certain hours apply).
