This little roadside hole in the wall in Greenville cooks it up right out back pit-style (is there any better way?!) and serves it up as long as it lasts; from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Tuesday through Saturday. You'll want to plan on coming *early* though, as this food sells out FAST! "When I went, most of the menu was sold out before 1 p.m., so the earlier [you get there] the better," says Only In Your State Social Media Manager Kristen Taylor.

And you won't find BBQ or sauce quite like it anywhere else in the state. "The pulled pork is so good it doesn't even need sauce!" raves Taylor. "It's succulent, tender, and a little sweet; a unique flavor that I haven't seen in other local barbecue joints," she adds.

Whether you choose a sandwich smothered in your favorite sauce, a plate with the sides of your choice, or a full-on dinner fit for a king, B's never disappoints.

Be sure to try the chicken, too! The slow-cooked meat falls right off the bone!

And the sides are delicious as well. Choose from house-made coleslaw, potatoes, and green beans. Dine in the no-frills dining area, scarf it all down outside at one of the picnic tables, or get it to go.

As you plan your trip to this delicious, off-the-beaten path BBQ joint in North Carolina, make sure to include a stop by the ATM, as B's is a cash-only restaurant.

Don't pay any attention to the line out the door. It moves quickly and the wait is definitely worth it!

But on that note, Taylor says you're probably going to need to park on the street, so it's best to carpool if you're going with friends or family.

Also -- plan on dining al fresco, as there is no indoor seating at B's. Taylor promises that the stellar food, friendly staff, and unforgettable experience more than makes up for the lack of a indoor dining room though!
