1. Rochester Food Truck Rodeo, Rochester
Making its return next week (April 27th), this incredible rodeo is one you won't want to miss. Open from 5PM to 9PM, you'll be able to pick from nine different food trucks all while enjoying live music.

2. Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally, Binghamton
Not familiar with this savory Italian-American dish? Well, visiting this New York festival may be the best way to introduce yourself! A local favorite, every New Yorker has their own special way of dressing this sandwich filled with marinated pieces of meat. So how does a Spiedie festival get even better? Why, you throw in some hot air balloons of course! This year the rally will be taking place August 5-7.

3. Crawfish Clam Festival, Syraucse
Alright guys, I'm breaking this sort of thinly veiled fourth wall we have going on here to let you know, I'M HUNGRY! Writing this on an empty stomach was probably a huge mistake. The reason I'm suddenly starving? Thoughts of this buttery festival are flooding my mind! Holding it's 9th annual festival on May 7th, this Syracuse event is a great way to spend the day with your family.

4. Troy Pig Out, Downtown Troy
Ready to check out some of New York's finest meats? Hosting its 9th festival on July 16th, this downtown delight offers great local music and vendors that all have their own charm. From pulled pork to flavorful chicken, ribs and more, you'll most likely leave here a bit messy!

5. Taste of Syracuse, Syracuse
Celebrating 20 years of deliciousness, this year marks the milestone anniversary of this incredible festival. Providing fantastic entertainment and an assortment of $1 samples, it doesn't get much better than this.

6. Hudson Valley Ribfest, New Paltz
Is it bad if I'm already licking my fingers? Right at the Ulster County Fairgrounds you'll find plenty of delicious vendors and even a BBQ contest comprised of over 50 teams! A festival our residents anticipate every year, this savory event kicks off on August 19th and goes through the 21st.

7. Eden Corn Festival, Eden
Produced by some of New York's most fertile land, you won't regret coming to check out the corn in Eden. Not a fan of corn? Don't worry, there's more tasty treats at this festival other than our favorite golden vegetable! Held this year from August 4th through the 7th, this small town festival with a country feel will have you double checking that you're still in New York.
