I don't know about you, but these high temperatures definitely create a craving for an ice-cold treat. If ice cream and other cold snacks top your favorite ways to chill out in the summer, check out this cool little shop that serves some of the wildest treats you'll ever see.
Crazy Bomb Cups sits in a humble shopping plaza in uptown Albuquerque, just over a mile east of the University of New Mexico campus.
The treats hiding here, however, are anything but humble.
Outrageous, colorful, and flavorful, the desserts and snacks hold nothing back! The ice cream is piled high with all the sugar your heart desires.
The menu at Crazy Bomb Cups is simple: choose your favorite ice cream or sorbet then stack it high with your favorite toppings.
Choose from nuts, American and Mexican candies, fruit, sweet syrups, and even a drizzle of chamoy.
The milkshakes are just as tasty and crazy!
These milkshakes highlight candy flavors like De La Rosa (a peanut marzipan candy from Mexico) and Ferrero Rocher. You can also find more traditional milkshake flavors, like chocolate and strawberry.
Prefer a snack that's a little more savory than sweet?
Crazy Bomb Cups also serves snacks like elotes, ceviche, Tostilocos, and more.
Crazy Bomb Cups is located in uptown Albuquerque, on San Mateo Boulevard NE just south of Interstate 40.
