There is no shortage of great places in New Jersey to sip some wine in a beautiful environment, but the newest winery in New Jersey has a little something extra. Saddlehill Winery, which just opened in early 2024 in a rural area of Voorhees Township, is located on a historic farm and has only recently opened its doors for tours and tastings. But this is also a working farm, complete with animals – including beautiful and majestic horses roaming the fields. But even more unexpectedly, you can meet a quartet of charming alpacas here! These adorable llama relatives are smaller and more playful than their cousins, and they make a unique backdrop to a wonderful afternoon of wine-tasting and dining on one of the most beautiful farms in New Jersey.
