Do you ever miss the good old days, when you'd play at the park until just before dark and head home when the lights went on? What a magical time, when swings were rocket ships propelling you into space and a simple slide gave you the thrill of your life... I've got some good news for you - that magic still exists.
The Frozen In Ice: Carnival at Skylands Stadium is a winter wonderland.
You'll find a giant, 50-foot ice slide, geared towards children aged 9-99. There is a 36" height requirement, so this slide isn't for the youngest among us, but it is for the young at heart.Still, your wee little ones can have fun - there's also a kiddie ice slide. Best of all, these slides are inside. It may not be warm, but you are away from the wind.
The epic slide isn't all you'll find at Frozen In Ice: Carnival...
More than 100 tons of ice are transformed into spectacular sculptures by talented artists from Sculpted Ice Works. Their creations are unbelievable. But there's much more to do than just view...
From arcade games to adult beverages, there's something for everyone!
There's an ice lounge and ice bar serving cocktails and wine. There's also a candy shop made of ice, with real candy available for purchase. Play carnival games for prizes or purchase hot food and beverages to keep you cozy.Head outside for ice sculpting demonstrations, a s'mores fire pit, wagon rides and more!
Doesn't this sound like a spectacular day of fun? Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 dollars for seniors, military personnel and children under 12.
