But, first. What's is a banh mi sandwich? Traditionally served in a French roll, you'll have your choice of Bulgogi marinated beef or chicken, or Lemongrass Pork. It's then topped with fresh pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, cucumber, and their homemade sriracha aioli.
You'll find this simple sandwich being sold off the back of bicycles in some Vietnamese cities, making it an easy and delicious meal on-the-go. And that's just what you'll find here, too.
Nikki's menu goes beyond the banh mi. You'll also find things like spring rolls and specialty bowls.
And every item has that unmistakable taste of southeast Asia!
We also love just how simple it is to enjoy your meal. There are a mix of booths and tables here, all equipped with the condiments you'll need to make these meals your own.
