The Old Salt Restaurant at Lamie's Inn has one of the best brunches in the state and it's worth a drive no matter where you're from!
Lamie's Inn was built in 1740 and the building features a number of beautiful details. In the winter, it comes alive with twinkling lights and lots of cozy atmosphere.
But that's just part of what makes this Sunday brunch extra-special.
Served every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., visitors will be treated to an extensive menu that features breakfast, lunch and even dinner items.
The displays are beautiful and include freshly cut fruit and a variety of cheeses.
You can't have brunch without eggs benedict!
There's a large selection of fresh seafood, too.
Chefs are on-hand to prepare omelets or Belgian waffles all made-to-order. And be sure to add something from the carving station to your plate.
Of course you can't really have any meal without some type of dessert. You'll find that in excess here. Expect to see an full table of fruits and pastries.
There's even a 36-inch Belgian chocolate fountain!
