Mark your calendar for one of the state’s newer holiday celebrations, Winter Wonders drive-thru lights.
The drive-thru display winds through Whitnall Park as well as the area surrounding Boerner Botanical Gardens. Winter Wonders will be open daily from November 24th until December 31st, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Described as an internationally themed holiday experience, Winter Wonders is made up of more than 80 festive displays from around the world.
Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the U.S. are all represented within Winter Wonders.
The amazing displays include everything from neon palm trees to huge inflatables, but that's not all you'll find at Winter Wonders.
There are also incredible lighting effects, which are used to change the colors of the giant trees and bushes along the 1.4-mile route. Music and narrative also accompany the displays.
One thing's for sure: the Winter Wonders drive-thru lights are absolutely unforgettable!
