Don't you just love it when you stumble upon a little scene in our state that makes you really feel the holiday spirit? It might be a cozy little building all decorated with lights, or it could be Santa himself. You'll know when you see it - and you just might feel like you're at the North Pole.
1. You might suspect you're in the North Pole when you see the Big Man himself.
2. This quaint, wintery farm easily looks like it belongs up north.
3. This snow-covered Christmas tree on Main Street in Martinsburg, along with the skiff of snow on the pavement will have you hauling out your snow boots.
4. Surely the North Pole has beautiful parks.
5. We're not sure where these elves are headed, but we suspect they're on their way to the North Pole.
6. After Santa's done delivering all those toys on Christmas night, he checks into the Oglebay Resort for a well-deserved pampering session.
7. If you find yourself lost in the Imperial Christmas Shoppe in Wheeling, that's ok. You're surrounded by magical decorations so enchanting that you'll swear you're in Santa's neighborhood.

10. The roads in the North Pole can be a bit treacherous - drive carefully!
11. When the roads get too bad, the folks at the North Pole simply ski from one place to the next.
12. You're gonna need at least that much wood to get through the winter - maybe the elves should get chopping some more!
