Vermont is known for its exceptional winter sports and activities. This winter, try out the exhilarating experience of flying down a snowy hill on a tube. Once the snow hits, you won't want to miss out on this epic snow tubing hill in Milton, Vermont. At Sharp Park on Cobble Hill you'll find The Chute, the narrow and steep upper part of the hill, which will launch you down the hill with a burst of speed! Check out this video to see for yourself.

The park opens when the snow starts to accumulate and usually stays open till around mid February, weather permitting. What's great about The Chute at Sharp Park is its curved terrain which is unusual since most tubing hills are just straight shots down the hill. The quarter-mile run is one of the best places in Vermont to go snow tuning. And unlike most sledding sites, this place is free to use for everyone. For those who don't wish to gain high speeds, it's possible to start mid-way, and there are also other areas for young kids to try their hand at tubing before graduating to the "big hill."

The one drawback of this place is that you have to walk up the hill for each new run; there are no lifts or magic carpets on site. But this also means that fewer people visit and you never have to wait in lines or buy tickets.
