There are many waterfalls in Vermont, but the biggest one in the Green Mountain State is reflected in its name. That's right, Big Falls in Troy is Vermont's largest undammed fall and while it's beautiful, it may be a little tricky to get to. While there is no better way than to admire waterfalls than to see them in person, we've gathered some photos and a great video for you. Big Falls in Troy is beautiful, but getting there may be a bit tricky.
You'll find these falls on River Road, about 1.5 miles south of Route 105.
There is a small area where you can park and there are no trail signs leading the way to the falls.
It shouldn't be missed for both the beautiful waterfall as well as the scenic spot on the Missisquoi River
There are many areas to view Big Falls once you get there.
Prepare for a lot of country roads to get you there. But the 80 foot drop of these falls is worth the trek.
Hopefully your GPS is accurate!
Due to the terrain, this probably isn't the best place to take small children. Be sure to wear proper footware!
