It's a great view of Montpelier and beyond.
The tower was built Built in 1915 and finished in 1930. It's located on one of the highest points of Hubbard Park.
Be sure to wander around the base of the tower and check out the fruit and nut trees planted to attract wildlife park users. There are also picnic tables and benches located all around making it the perfect picnic spot.
Hubbard Park is great all year long. It's a perfect place to take a break from the city.... Without having to leave the city!
