You know that Utah pretty much has it wrapped up when it comes to hiking. There's something for every hiker in the Beehive State: alpine forests, red rock cliffs, vast sweeping views. How about a short, alpine hike that offers gorgeous views, wildlife and a waterfall at the end? Let's take a look at the Stewart Falls Trail.
The trail to Stewart Falls starts at the Aspen Grove trailhead. Take U.S. 189 up Provo Canyon, past Sundance. To park at Aspen Grove, you'll pay a $6 entrance fee (which is good for three days).
The trail is just over four miles out and back. Get ready for some gorgeous scenery!

The hike is rated as easy and is suitable for most hikers. You can even take your dog on this trail!
Kids love this hike, and if you go on a weekend you'll likely encounter quite a few youngsters on the path. Parts of the hike (especially down to the falls) are steep, so keep a close eye on young children.
