It's officially Fall, y'all - even though temperatures might not cooperate for another few months. Regardless of how it feels outside, pumpkin patches are obligatory places to visit throughout the month of October. Old MacDonald's Farm in Humble throws an annual harvest festival, and it's a fun time for the whole family.
Every fall, Old MacDonald's Farm puts on their esteemed autumn festival. Featuring a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, train rides, and so much more, it promises a fun time for the whole family.
Thousands of pumpkins fill crates far as the eye can see, and each child gets to bring one home for free. All that remains is deciding how you'll decorate it.
Picnic tables hold the massive amount of supply overflow. This creates a perfect family photo-op, so make sure the little ones are decked out in their finest flannels and cowboy boots.
Choo choo! All aboard the Pumpkin Patch Express. This train ride winds around the entire park, allowing guests to decide what activity to do next.
Farm animals such as pigs, goats, donkeys, and miniature horses are guaranteed to put a smile on everyone's face. They love being petted, and you can purchase a bag of feed for just $1.
Entrance to the patch costs $12.95 a person and includes all available attractions. That's quite a steal when you consider just how much fun is packed into one place!
Address: 3203 FM 1960, Humble, TX 77338. The fall festival opened for the 2019 season on September 21 and will run through November 3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
