Perhaps one of the best-known waterfalls in Rhode Island, Stepstone Falls sits along the 2.7-mile Ben Utter Trail. The out-and-back trail is considered moderate, predominately due to uneven, rocky terrain and roots jutting up from the ground. 4. Blackstone River Bikeway Trail – Woonsocket

If you're up for a long, leisurely journey, follow the 18.5-mile Blackstone River Bikeway Trail. The scenic trail travels through Social Park and boasts a ton of gorgeous scenery. You can bike, stroll or hike the trail that includes a picture-perfect waterfall. It’s easily one of our favorite waterfall hikes in Rhode Island.

5. Turner Loop Trail – East Providence

Turner Loop Trail earns props for its beautiful scenery and waterfall. However, you will have to travel on the main road for a bit, so keep that in mind. (Some hikers don't mind while others don't like it.) Hikers assert the trail is well-marked, although it can get muddy. You need to do these

6. Hunt’s Mill Trail – Rumford

Hunt's Mill Trail is short, sweet, and easy. Tallying just over a half of a mile, the picturesque path meanders through lush landscape and to a tumbling cascade. Even though it's a short trek, you might want to bring along a picnic. You'll find picnic tables overlooking the waterfall, offering the perfect place to relax with a meal or a snack.
