For neary 125 years, Bartram's Garden has been an urban green space in the city of Philadelphia.

Its mission has been to share the love of gardening and the beauty of nature with Philadelphians. Admission is free, but you can become a member to help support Bartram's Garden and gain access to special events and privileges.

The common gardens and stunning flowers turn Bartram's into a paradise in spring, summer, and fall.

Spot lillies and other seasonal blooms here. It's a wonderful spot for a relaxing stroll, and to appreciate the seasonality of each flower that lives here.

Artists flock here to paint, photograph, and be inspired.

The 1760 Greenhouse, pictured below, has been the subject of paintings and photographs for hundreds of years.

Their spring and summer farmers' market might be the most colorful, friendly place in this area of Philadelphia.

Join them on Thursday afternoons for the farmer's market, featuring the freshest produce and products from local farmers and artisans.
