Children three and older - and at least three feet tall - are permitted on the Appalachian Express Mountain Coaster, although drivers must be nine years old and at least four feet four inches tall.
Purchase tickets for $15 for the driver or $23 for the driver and a rider. Camelback Mountain Adventures recommends reserving your tickets online. Ticket sales end onsite a half an hour before the coaster's closing time.
Smile! A camera will snap your photo as you ride the Appalachian Express Mountain Coaster. Photos are available for purchase as a souvenir of your adventure.
The Appalachian Express Mountain Coaster is open from April through late November, although times vary depending on the time of the year. Make sure you wear closed toed shoes with backs for your ride.
