A 68-mile drive from Pittsburgh, Ohiopyle State Park boasts plenty to do for adventure lovers — from hiking and biking to picnicking and wildlife watching.
It boasts three breathtaking waterfalls, one of which requires absolutely no hiking and little effort (beyond the drive to Ohiopyle, of course) to reach.
Start your visit at the Ohiopyle Visitor Center, where you can learn more about the park and enjoy spectacular views of Ohiopyle Falls.
Bring your camera and start snapping photos of the gushing falls from the Visitors Center.
Perhaps you prefer a closer view? Good news. Just head to one of the outdoor decks that provide sweeping views of both Ohiopyle Falls and the Youghiogheny River.

If you've still not got your fill of waterfalls after visiting Ohiopyle Falls, drive just two minutes down the road to a small parking lot overlooking Cucumber Falls. Drink in picture-perfect views from above the waterfall. Then walk down the stairs to the base.
