With 190 acres and 12 miles of trails, this place is perfect for exploring on an autumn day. Make sure to bring your camera along, because the arboretum really shines once the foliage starts to turn.

Take your time strolling along the paths and trails - there's no need to rush.

There are more than 2,300 species of trees and plants here, so you'll want to leave yourself plenty of time to explore and see everything.
The grounds at Hoyt Arboretum are open every day of the year from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., and it's absolutely free to visit!
The Visitor Center is open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; weekends from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Stop by to chat with a volunteer, and grab a trail map.
