Christmas is the season of joy and giving, but it can also be a stressful time for many people. If you're feeling like a Grinch this year, you need to experience some of the season's most magical scenery to get into the holiday spirit. Find a spot that's all dressed up with twinkle lights - we've got just the place for you! Oregon Garden in Silverton hosts its Christmas in the Garden event every year, and you're going to want to add it to your calendar right now.
Even the crankiest Grinch will find his heart softened at Christmas in the Garden. After all, who can be mean when surrounded by cheerful displays in bright twinkle lights?
In 2019, Christmas in the Garden runs from November 29th through January 5th.
Bundle up, then take a stroll along the garden's path through one million twinkle lights.
You'll see tons of charming displays all throughout the garden. See if you can choose a favorite!
You can even bring your furry friend along! Just make sure to keep him on leash, and clean up after him.
If you start to get chilly, find a fire pit and warm up while sipping cocoa or coffee.
You'll certainly want to stop by to say hello to Santa.
We hope you've been more nice than naughty this year!
The fun doesn't stop with the garden displays. You'll also want to go ice skating...
...and race down the snowless tubing hills!
This popular event can get pretty crowded because everyone loves it so much. For the best experience, try to visit on weekdays, or after 7 p.m. on the weekend. We can't wait to see you there!
