Mark your calendars to attend the Woolaroc Wonderland of Lights at the Woolaroc Ranch in Bartlesville. Take a look at the best winter hike in Oklahoma.
Woolaroc Museum and Wildlife Preserve is a hidden treasure tucked away in the beauty of Osage Hills in northeastern Oklahoma. During this holiday season from November 29 - December 22, 2019, it will transform into a winter wonderland as it celebrates the annual Wonderland of Lights event.
Over 750,000 lights will decorate the ranch and provide the perfect backdrop for a winter walk.
The drive into Woolaroc is reversed during Wonderland of Lights, so visitors get to enjoy a different view that is not normally open to the public.
On most Friday and Saturday nights there will be entertainment in the Heritage Theater. Pick up a schedule of performances at the front gate on your way into the ranch.
The Lodge is transformed into a festive ranch house as it lights up the grounds with bright colors and decor.
Step inside and you'll be surrounded by the joys of Christmas. You can purchase hot cider, hot chocolate and cookies before taking your winter walk outside.
Holiday music can be heard throughout your walk on the ranch. It's such a magical experience as you're bundled up enjoying the sounds of Christmas echoing in the background!
Enjoy the holiday lights every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5 - 9 p.m.
In addition to the lights, they have wagon rides, live entertainment and Santa Claus in the museum. And you may even catch a glimpse of the Holiday Horseman riding across the grounds, covered in lights.
There's nothing quite like it in Oklahoma! Gather the family and experience the magic of Christmas together at Woolaroc this holiday season.
Admission to Wonderland of Lights is only $4 for adults and $1 for children 11 and under.
