It's fun to change things up a bit and dine in new places that are full of wild character. If you're ready to step back in time to the Wild West, then you're going to love Lost Spur Cafe in Sipokni West. Check it out:
Sipokni West is an old western town located in Reagan, Oklahoma, that was created as a Western movie set by actor Johnny Shackleford. The town is now a tourist museum that can be visited by those looking to explore the Old West.
There's a restaurant in town - Lost Spur Cafe - where you can grab a delicious meal in a cozy, rustic atmosphere.
The inside dining hall is small, but it's a fun and one-of-a-kind eating experience.
The restaurant is open year-round and features Southern comfort food, steaks, catfish and more.
They also have daily specials, like homemade spaghetti with salad and house bread. And make sure you save room for one of their amazing homemade desserts.
This mini-town has a very realistic Trading Post with cowboy attire, gifts, spurs, saddles and much more.
Every third Saturday of the month, the town puts on a professional gunfight for visitors to enjoy a showdown. (The next gunfight will start back up in Spring 2018.)
You can sit on the porch and enjoy the country lifestyle before or after your meal. As they say at Sipokni West, "Get ready to see yesterday, today!"
