Arcadia Lake in Edmond is fed by the Deep Fork River and is actually a reservoir, which means that the water quality is closely monitored. Luckily, swimming is still permitted and it makes for a great place to take a dip.
That’s a great thing because the water here is so blue and tempting that you won’t be able to resist wading in. The surf here is very gentle, so its suitable for families with small kids or anyone who doesn’t feel like getting knocked about by the water.
