Blue Hole Park, just east of Salina, covers 17 acres with a refreshing spring fed swimming hole as the focal point. Get ready, because this spot will be your new favorite place to spend a summer day.
Blue Hole Park is located just seven miles east of Salina. The park is open seasonally, starting Memorial Day.
Overnight camping is also available in the park, with RV and tent camp sites available. Additional lodging options include two small cabins, two large cabins and one rental RV.
Most locals refer to Blue Hole Park as just Blue Hole in Oklahoma and have been coming to this hidden gem for over a decade. The price of admission is only $10 per carload.
Hot dogs, hamburgers, corn dogs, and other yummy treats are located at the concession stand.
It's a little oasis that boasts crystal, blue water, ranging in temperature from about 40-50 degrees.
That might sound cold, but in the middle of summer, it feels incredible!
Bring your lounge chairs and towels and enjoy the whole day at the park.
Or bring a raft and let the slight current float you along.
Kids love being able to float down the little river on rafts. Make sure to bring water shoes, the bottom is rocky, and some areas are slippery.
The crystal, blue water is my favorite part. It's hard to find water this beautiful in Oklahoma!
