One of our favorite places to cool off during the summer, Robert H. Treman State Park in New York is full of spots where you can dip your toes into.
With Enfield Creek running right through the heart of the park, you'll find tons of waterfront views to enjoy, but by the Lower Entrance, you'll find an amazing swimming spot.
Opening up for the year in late May, visitors will be able to go swimming in the lifeguarded area of the park that's right near the Park Office.
Featuring a beautiful waterfall, you'll swim at the base of the falls and enjoy the beautiful and pristine waters of Ithaca.
Your own little natural waterpark, you'll even find that the swimming area has its own springboard that you can dive off of.
A family-friendly place to enjoy, visitors of all ages will enjoy swimming over to the base of the falls to dip their heads under the water and enjoy the refreshing mist.
Pack up your swimsuits and hit the road, because this amazing swimming spot will be open at the end of this week!
While the state park remains open all year long, the lifeguarded swimming area doesn't open for the year until late May. Another bonus? If you need to work up a sweat, the park has quite a few hiking trails that make for an unforgettable adventure!
