One of the city's very best attractions, all throughout the year you can find the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens hosting a variety of exciting events. In the past, we've mentioned how towards the end of winter you can enjoy the Lumagination event that illuminates the garden for all to see but that isn't the only thing happening here this season that you'll want to check out! Mark your calendars because it's officially time to enjoy the Poinsettia and Railway Exhibit.
Throughout the entire year, you'll find people from all over coming out to visit the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens - but come wintertime, things get truly magical around here.
Running through until January 5, 2020, the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens will be the host of the Poinsettia and Railway Exhibit.
While the rest of Buffalo may be drowned out of color and covered in a fresh layer of white snow, the gardens provide a breathtaking pop of red for all to enjoy during the winter season.
With nutcrackers and ornaments decorating the gardens, you'll find that this familiar attraction turns into a total holiday wonderland for all to enjoy through this exhibit.
With a sea full of poinsettias and holiday cheer surrounding you, you won't want to get too distracted to the point that you forget to also check out the other element of this exhibit - the trains!
An amazing exhibit that the entire family can enjoy, a festive model train exhibit is currently set up inside of the gardens.
Whether you're a younger resident of the Queen City or have been living here for ages, there's no denying that this marvelous train exhibit will make you feel like a kid.
Thanks to the Western New York Garden Railway Society, you can see this model train exhibit each winter in Buffalo.
So, what do you say? Are you ready to cross this charming and colorful event off of your winter bucket list?
