This little series of ponds in Albuquerque is hiding right within one of our most famous cities. Sitting beside the crystal-clear waters is the perfect way to unwind.
Tingley Beach is within Tingley Park and adjacent to the Rio Grande Bosque. Ultimately, this is the perfect park and natural oasis all in one.
Many come to Tingley Beach to sit and watch the wildlife. The ducks and geese are plentiful.
Tingley Beach is also a hotspot for fishing. As long as you have your permit, it's free to fish here. ABQ BioPark Security monitors fishing at this beach, but you can sit from sunrise to sunset and hope to catch a fish or two!
This beach is open from sunrise to sunset, and admission is completely free. This is the perfect spot for a day with the whole family.
Besides the clear ponds, Tingley Beach is home to many hiking trails and paths to run upon. Right within Duke City, this beach has all of the activities you crave.
