The great outdoors is vast and beautiful, but lakes aren't always the cleanest or clearest. Enjoying a day at the lake is one thing, but when it's one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire, you're in for a treat. Welcome to Newfound lake! Known as one of the cleanest lakes around, this pristine water adventure is sure to delight anyone who visits.
Welcome to Newfound Lake, a stunning feature of New Hampshire's favorite watershed. Whether you're just here for a day or camping out, Newfound is never a bad choice to make.
With pristine and clean waters, this lake is a popular place for outdoor enthusiasts looking for a day out in nature. With 22 miles of shoreline, there's almost always enough lake to go around.
Spending the day out here is easy breezy, especially when there's so much to do on the water. Fishing and kayaking are two fan favorites, and with the lake surface spanning about 2.5 by 6 miles, there's plenty of opportunities.
Swimming and enjoying clear waters is hard to let go of, and once you've had the experience a clean lake like Newfound gives you, it's hard to go back.
After your swim in the water, you can enjoy building a sand castle on the beach, watching the lake, or even a hike around the state park. It's beautiful out here, and there's always a way to enjoy the outdoors.
Parking is limited and crowded on nice days and weekends, so be sure to reserve parking near a beach before you head out, or make sure you have a season pass to get a better chance at a good spot.
