The official start of spring is March 19 but we've been feeling the spring spirit for weeks now. Many of Nevada's landscapes have already begun the transformation that takes place every year as the weather warms up, and we simply can't wait for the rest of the state to follow suit. 2. Nevada's Carson Valley is heavenly no matter what time of year it is, but it takes on an extraordinary quality during spring. Even if the mountains are still covered in snow, the agricultural area exudes life as the valley turns bright green.
