It's one thing to eat at a restaurant, but it's another thing to take part in a unique culinary experience rarely seen in big cities. At Claverach Farms, you'll get to experience true farm-to-table dining in a peaceful setting about 30 minutes outside of St. Louis.
Nestled in the small town of Eureka, Claverach Farm sits on 300 acres of rugged ground in the Ozark hills. The property is especially spectacular to see during the fall.
Guests who've made reservations get to dine in the cozy 100-year-old renovated barn.
Be prepared to make some new friends. The long picnic tables will have you side-by-side with other patrons in true community-style dining.
If you get there early, feel free to tour the gardens, orchards, and vineyards.
True to farm-to-table cuisine, all of the fruits and vegetables showcased in their meals are fresh from the farm.
Which makes your starter salad even more delicious.
Even in the winter, Claverach Farm stays open and continues to harvest their ingredients.
Each meal is carefully crafted, starting from the base all the way to the final garnishes.
All of the careful preparation, cooking and garnishing results in an impressive 4-course meal with hors d’oeuvres. Dining at Claverach is a slow-food experience, with space between each course to allow for conversation between guests. Most dinners end between 9 and 9:30.
Claverach Farm is well-known to the region's most dedicated foodies. Currently, October reservations are completely booked, but you can still make a reservation for November, December and January.
