1. Canoe and Trail Outpost/Sweetwater Canoe and Tubing: Tylertown
Located in Tylertown, Canoe and Trail Outpost provides everything you need for Mississippi tubing down the Bogue Chitto River. You'll find several tubing trips to choose from. One of the most popular is a four-mile float that takes about four hours to complete, making for a great day on the water. There's also an 18-mile overnight float, which is not just one of the best floats in Mississippi, but one of the longest floats in Mississippi.
2. Gator’s at the Bogue Chitto River: McComb
Located on Bogue Chitto River, Gator's makes it easy to enjoy one of the best places for Mississippi tubing. Variety is the name of the game at this McComb outpost, which offers two-, five-, and seven-hour tubing trips with free shuttle service. Canoes and kayak rentals are also available.
3. Wolf River Canoe and Kayak: Long Beach
As the name implies, Wolf River Canoe and Kayak offers canoeing and kayaking trips down the Wolf River. But what the name doesn’t tell you is that the outpost also offers tubing. At one mile, the float takes about an hour, making for a quick, yet refreshing on-the-water adventure. Keep in mind that if you want to float the river here, there’s a four-tube minimum rental. Read all about it on the Wolf River Canoe and Kayak Facebook page.
