Here in Minnesota, we're lucky to have lots of exciting places at which to entertain ourselves. From museums to state parks, there's plenty to see no matter where your interests lie. But what about playgrounds? These parks don't usually get a whole lot of attention, but maybe they should. There is one fairy tale park in particular that deserves some attention. One visit, and it's sure to enchant you. Take a look:
Located in Stillwater, Teddy Bear Park is the cutest playground around. You'll find it at 207 Nelson Street East.
The park's location means it's surrounded by natural beauty, like this real rock wall that you can climb.
The next thing you should notice are the giant teddy bears that give the park its name.
The bears may give the park its name, but there is a lot more to it than those. The entire area is filled to the brim with unique play structures.
Kids can slide through a hollowed-out log or run through a lift bridge replica.
The brightly colored boat is perfect for playing pretend, and it even comes with a fun tunnel to crawl through.
Kids who love trains will be impressed by the huge locomotive in this whimsical park.
But don't worry if you're not into playgrounds. Adults can watch from afar in the comfortable shaded gazebo within the park.
If you're looking for a great way for your kids to burn some energy this summer, this fairy tale playground is the place to go.
Have you ever been to Teddy Bear Park? What did you think?
