It can be tough to keep yourself busy during quarantine. The COVID-19 Pandemic has taken away dine-in restaurants, playgrounds, and most understandably... large attractions. That includes the National Aquarium in Baltimore, but you CAN enjoy some of the watery exhibits from home. The National Aquarium has set up live feeds that'll give you some peace during this stressing time. Read on for the details and consider streaming these relaxing feeds.
The National Aquarium in Baltimore is currently closed to the public.
Although you can't see the thousands of underwater species and other animals in person...
...you CAN enjoy livestreams of some of the most popular exhibits. Keep in mind that the feeds will be live during business hours only.
Here's a look at the Black Tip Reef livestream. See if you can spot the blacktip reef sharks, reticulated whiptail ray, humphead wrasse, and many more creatures in this colorful paradise.
The Pacific Coral Reef livestream is also full of colorful fish galore.
Here's a look at the banggai cardinalfish, which you can only find in one place in the world -- the Banggai Archipelago in Indonesia. Also be on the lookout for percula clownfish, yellow tang, and more.
The third and final stream being offered at the National Aquarium is the Jellies Invasion. This particular feed is pre-recorded but it's oh-so calming to watch.
Find all of the streams by clicking here. It may not be an actual visit to the National Aquarium, but it'll at least hold us over for now. Enjoy, and stay at home!
