On a country road just south of Princeton, Ky., you’ll stumble across Adams Breezy Hill Farm and Restaurant. Whether you’re lost and you find it by accident, or you purposely went out in search of homemade American food, Adams Breezy Hill Farm is a scenic and relaxing place for lunch or dinner.
They serve lunch Monday through Saturday, and dinner Thursday through Saturday. Lunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Their extensive menu offers classic dishes with a unique twist, such as their signature Nutter Butter Bacon Burger, which is a burger served with their homemade peanut butter sauce.
They also have favorites such as ribeye steaks, thick pork chops, filling cobb salads, and more. Plus their sweet tea is free with the purchase of a meal.
Another cool feature of Adams Breezy Hill Farm is their brick pizza ovens built out of old chimneys that one of the owners tore down and repurposed himself. They have a huge variety of pizzas, but you can also build your own.
However, their homemade ice cream might be what they’re best known for. They have several different flavors, ranging from the classics like chocolate and vanilla to more adventurous flavors like black walnut and salted caramel, but they’re always trying out different things. This is definitely a place where you want to save room for dessert.
If the weather is nice, dine on their patio and enjoy the scenery of the surrounding rural landscape.
Adam’s Breezy Hill Farm is located at 1222 Cadiz Road, Princeton, KY 42445. They sell their homegrown produce as well, so you can even take some fresh fruits and veggies home with you. For more information, visit their website or Facebook page.
