This beautiful property and series of trails are managed by Berea College and are a favorite hiking destination in Kentucky. The land was once inhabited by the Native American people of the Hopewell culture and is just as fascinatingly historic as it is scenic.
The area offers several trails that lead to five different peaks, all of which can be seen in detail on the map linked below.
The five peaks include the East Pinnacle, West Pinnacle, Indian Fort Lookout, Buzzard's Roost, and Eagle's Nest. All of them can be reached in two miles or less, but then remember you do have to make your way back.
