Antioch park in Merriam is a great unique park to spend a day outside for any occasion.
Take a skip across these stepping stones, or gazing across the water isn't the best part of this park, but it's already cooler than most I've been to.
There's a path all around the pond just waiting to be traveled. If you're more into walks than hikes, this is definitely the place for you.
The pond is gorgeous from any angle, whether or not the duckweed is taking over. The fountain adds that extra bit of decoration, and you can catch rainbows dancing through the water droplets on sunny days.
However, the best part is the kids' section. There's an entire little town of tiny buildings just waiting for kids to enjoy! It's that awesome?
Don't you wish you had a tiny town to play in when you were little? You can walk these stepping stones at Highlights info row image
