The holiday wine trail in Indiana is a magical way to get in the festive spirit and enjoy some spirits. Forget the milk when you can have wine with your cookies at this incredible event. Check it out:
Following seven wineries through southern Indiana, the Indiana Wine Trail is a popular attraction for many in the region, and it gets spruced up for the holidays this time of year.
While most are enjoying milk and cookies, Corks & Cookies is a wine and sweets pairing event that will take you on a delightful dessert journey.
Each location will have its own arrangement of holiday cookies for guests to enjoy that pair with its own selection of wines.
The seven wineries on the trail are Ertel Cellars, Holtkamp, Lanthier, Madison Vineyards Estate, Stream Cliff Farm, The Ridge, and Thomas Family, and guests attain a passport that gains them access to each.
Passports can be attained at each of the wineries. Grab yours at the first one you choose to stop at. They can also be downloaded online from the wine trail's official website (link below).
There are four weekends for this festive wine tasting event. You can enjoy the holiday wine trail Saturdays and Sundays through the weekend of December 21-22, 2019.
Those who present their completed passport by the end of the year will receive a grand prize gift. You'll have to finish the mission to find out what it is.
This is a great way to enjoy an adult-themed holiday event while gift shopping and getting to know your friends, family, and others in the community better.
